Hi, I’m Jill
I’m an Organisational Development Consultant and Coach. I first began coaching back in 2005 when I was encouraged to become an internal coach at the company I worked for. People noticed my natural ability to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and offer support, so it felt like a perfect fit. Over the next 14 years, I worked in Consulting and Organisational Development, leading teams at a large global consulting firm. My work focused on leadership and organisation development.
In 2020, I decided to take the leap and start my own business, with the goal of helping individuals, teams, and organisations thrive. I’ve logged hundreds of hours of Executive and Leadership Coaching, helping clients enhance leadership skills, boost performance, and achieve professional goals.
I believe that leadership is something we all practice—whether it's leading ourselves, our families, at work, in relationships, or in everyday interactions. Over time, it became clear to me that success at work and in life are deeply connected. That’s why my coaching has evolved to support people in becoming the best versions of themselves, empowering them to lead a life they truly love.

I hold a BSc (Hons) in Biology from The University of Nottingham and after spending five years in the pharmaceutical industry, my curiosity about emotional intelligence and leadership led me to a career shift into management consulting. In 2007, I joined a global consulting firm where I helped organisations develop talent, improve team effectiveness, and inspire individuals to perform at their best. Over the next 14 years, I had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of clients, including coaching senior leaders in the NHS and Civil Service as part of prestigious leadership programmes like the NHS Leadership Academy Top Leaders and the Civil Service Accelerated Learning Programmes. I also worked as an Executive Coach for the National Leadership Centre (now the Leadership College for Government), supporting the top 100 public sector leaders.
Along the way, I earned qualifications in Co-active Coaching Skills for Business Leaders, became a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and I’m currently working on refining my skills through the Mastering the Coach Approach programme with ITS.
In 2020, I took the leap to run my own coaching and consulting business, where I work with a diverse range of clients. I’ve always had a passion for continuous learning, and I’m fascinated by how coaching connects to my background in biology—particularly through neuroscience. Understanding how the brain works, how to change neural circuits, break out of old thought patterns, and improve decision-making is something I love helping my clients with.
Looking ahead, I’m excited to pursue a course in neuroscience or neurolinguistic programming to deepen my understanding of the brain’s role in behaviour and decision-making, and to further enhance my coaching practice.

Authentic – I believe in creating a space where you can truly be yourself, just as I am with you. It’s all about feeling safe enough to be open, real, and vulnerable.
Empathetic – Compassion and warmth are at the heart of how I work. I’m here to listen, understand, and support you every step of the way.
Respectful – Your unique perspective, goals, and pace matter to me. I’ll always listen first and never push my own agenda. Your journey is yours.
Adaptable – Every situation is different, so I adapt my approach to fit your needs. I’m flexible, whether it’s the timing, the focus, or the way we work together.
My clients often tell me that my coaching style is relaxed, friendly, and conversational. And, honestly, having fun at work is something I value deeply—because when we enjoy what we’re doing, that’s when the magic happens!
